Addicted to rubik's cube !

For blindfolded I learned on http://www.cubefreak.net/

Also, try visiting cubesmith.com if your stickers are coming off. They have great replacement tiles.

wow, thanks patrick! This makes it look a lot easier than I thought it'd be.

haha! actually, cubing was an ENORMOUS fad in my school a couple of years back...i can still solve in ~2-3 minutes, but my record is still 58 seconds. w00t.

after reading this thread i really want to try...but i can't find mine!

I would encourage anyone who is slightly interested to try and learn. It is quite easy to solve it, getting quick is the hard part. And along with this 1 puzzle are tons of competitions, such as 3x3 one handed, blindfolded, 4x4, 5x5, 2x2, etc. If anyone needs any help, feel free to ask.

Patrick, I revoke my previous comment. Your guide is confusing as hell.

i honestly want to stab people when i see them carrying one of those around. at my school all of the annoying kids play with them all day.
get a real friend, not a cube.

Jakor's guide to solving Rubik's cubes:

Remove stickers

Reattach as necessary

Perhaps not speed-cubing but effective nonetheless

everyone at our school is doing it
ughh lol

the cube like many things has both the potential to be appreciated and learned, but too many turn it into a matter of trivial algorithms and memorizations, destroying the whole purpose of this ingenious math toy by Erno Rubik. :(

Petrus method is really fun, and fridrich well…^see above, it’s a fascinating piece of union sets, God’s Number is described being 20, both the minimum amount of moves on cube, and numbers on a valid sudoku.

Ive been cubing on and off for -~4years. I can solve it in just under 30 seconds now with an intuitive f2l, and about half of the plls and olls
