Adding a Short-Term Class?

Okay so I updated my TAU back in January but there was one short term major class that I was waitlisted for. I just got an email with an add code so I’m now officially enrolled in the class but I didn’t put it on my TAU Because I was waitlisted for the same class last semester and wasn’t able to get in so I just kind of assumed I wouldn’t be able to get in this semester either. It’s a required course at like 1 school I applied to and a recommended course at most of the other ones. I just added the class right now and added it to my TAU BUT will the UC’s I applied to even see/consider that I added this class??

The school it’s required for is UCSC and I talked to an admissions counselor and she said that they do admit students if they’re only missing one or two (at most) prereqs. So I wasn’t super worried about it but I do think adding this class will increase my chances of getting in(if I didn’t already). Should I try and email or call the school to tell them or will they automatically see it? Is it too late for them to even consider it?

This year they say to just put updates in the TAU, but to be on safe side I would email each UC on its portal and alert them.
