If someone attended more than one high school or college previously, how do you indicate that on the Common App? I don't see the option of adding more.

In the Education section, for your additional high schools, under the heading “Other Schools” enter the appropriate number and you will then be prompted to list them all. Under the “Colleges and Universities” heading there is a similar question about the number of schools you have attended.

Thanks, I found the one for high schools, but I don’t see the one for colleges. Here is what my screen looks like:

You are a screen or two past the place they ask you how many colleges. Start by clicking the education tab itself. Then hit continue and you should be there.

The screenshot I posted is the first thing that shows when I click on the ‘Education’ tab on the left hand side. Beyond that, if I click on ‘Continue’ at this screen, it moves on to the high school section.

Are you a first year domestic applicant?

No, I am a domestic transfer (second time transferring colleges).

That’s why your screen is different. There may be a bust in the program for people in your situation. Have you tried emailing the common app for help? They’ve been pretty responsive to people with individual situations like this.

Yes, I’ve sent them a query and I’m still waiting on a response from them. Just thought I might be able to expedite the process by seeing if anyone else here ran into the same issue and figured out a solution.

Sorry, I wasn’t much help. Good luck and if you end up solving it out outside this forum, please post a solution to help others.
