What's the best way to go around adding things to your application after it has already been submitted?
Like, I know I'm going to get my county's student of the year award, but it doesn't come out until the beginning of march.

Should I email the admissions office, or mail it in? Or what?

I don't think there is any recommended way, but I would mail it on a sheet of paper with the standard heading at the top. They probably told you what to put on each page of your app such as essays that were on separate pages. It would include your name, SSN, and maybe something else. Then when the open the envelope, they will take the contents and insert it into your file.

I wouldn't mention this in terms of "I know I'm going to get it". If you haven't been informed by somebody in charge, I would let it go.

I mean I know, but I'm not going to send it to the colleges that I did until I get the actual award

But thank you!
