Additional Document for AP World History

Hi Everyone!

I think I totally failed the 2nd frq so missing one core point in the DBQ can really hurt me. Right now, I’m not sure if my additional document makes sense/works.

I basically suggested an additional document where the Chinese peasants associated with the Sino-Japanese conflict era provide insight YEARS LATER on what they really felt about the CCP. I said that the hindsight would provide a more neutral and realistic view on the peasants’ opinions of Mao.

I have a feeling this is probably not right, but any input would be appreciated! Feel free to share what you put as additional documents too!

I think that could work. Why would it be wrong?

I put three: one of a businessman on how communism had changed his opinion of employing women which I’m just now seeing is irrelevant to the prompt. The second was a peasant that didn’t support communism to understand an alternate viewpoint. The third was something about a peasant saying now the communists protected him from the Japanese I think

The reason I had a document about women was because I grouped 7 and 9 as empowering women as a subset of mutually beneficial relationships between communists and peasants

Do you guys know if all the students have the same questions in the ap world history test? I ask this question because I find my free-response questions are different from those released by CB! X_X (my DQB is about the collectivization of agriculture in Mexico and USSR) Did I dream about having the test? So scary!
p.s.:I’m an international student

@batman9 I’ve seen additional documents that seemed right to me but turned out to be wrong…so I’m really paranoid. I’m pretty sure your second one is right. Not sure about the other two.
@xqfqyuki‌ Did you perhaps take the test late?

It’s because he took the international test.
