So.. how was your AP World History test?

I found the mc easy and the essays hard! :frowning: i’m hoping for a 3…

I found most of it answerable/easy. However there were a few fact based questions where you either knew or not. A couple of thos kinda screwed me but im still confident about it.
Some questions were ones where I didnt even need to read all the answers. I think I scored in the 50’s.

As for the essays, the dbq was exactly what I wanted. Wrote a good essay which meets all requirements plus added some world historical context to go along with the green revolution. The second essay was pretty good. I wrote about africans/slave trade migration, british convicts sent to Australia, and people moving from far away rural areas to the urban centers due to industrial revolution. Third essay was my weakest, but I got my point across. I compared Aztecs and Ghana and how they were able to come together as an empire.

Hopefully I got a 5.

That was ridiculously easy… all those hours spent studying gone to waste lol.

Very easy MC

Straightforward/easy dbq
really easy compare/contrast
Moderate cot

asdasdasdasdasdsad

That one was really iffy for me, I put the one about wanting to seem progressive/caring

Really iffy for me as well…

I ended up saying the caste system because I figured if they wanted to show that it was beneficial, why would they show poor indians on the side?

^ I said it was based on the caste system, not too confident on that

The MC wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, probably got somewhere in the 50s. I feel good about the DBQ, If I get the thesis point (my thesis(s?) usually aren’t that great) then I feel like I might get a bonus core, if I don’t I think I probably got 6. The CCOT wasn’t bad (probably a 4) but the compare screwed me up big time, I’m hoping for a 3-4. Overall I feel like I did decent and probably got a 4-5.

@eagles - I don’t think you can talk about it specifically as its not 48 hours yet. right?

Compare/contrast - hard
Continuity - easy
DBQ- okay
MC - easy

Maybe a 3 or a 4?
Not hoping more.

DBQ- Easy. But expected it to be something specific like that.
CCOT- Easiest essay. 5 pages, should be all right.
Compare/Contrast- Meh. I think i talked about more than i should’ve…
MC- Not too bad. Some questions were absurd though.

MC - easy
DBQ - very easy, they literally gave u the groupings
CCOT - meh. just had to think about it for a little and figure out the “big picture” for that time period
C/C - very easy. I knew a lot about the Mongols and West African civs

Since I had about 10 min. left, I decided to just throw in the continuity on Islamic ‘migration’ trip to Mecca, and see if that would add more evidence. Does anyone think that would count?

MC was really easy. At least compared to the ones from the Princeton Review that contridicts what was in the review. Couldn’t have missed more than 10.

DBQ was pretty easy, structured like last years, but easier to group (neg consq. vs. pos consq.).
CCOT was pretty awful. Wrote about transatlantic passage of slaves and migration from europe to the Americas… then realized that will probably only count as one region! UGH!
C/C- eh… could go either way.

Hoping for a 4 at least.

@kcdecember - i did the exact same thing for the CCOT (well, after writing 2 pages comparing/contrasting the migrations and realizing it was a ccot and not a compare/contrast) but I said that the migration came from two regions: africa & europe, so hopefully they understand what we meant

easy. maybe a 4. probably not a 5 i dont think i wrote as much as i could’ve for each essay i only write 2-3 pages

oh but my friend fell asleep in the middle of it. AND HE DIDNT DO @ ESSAYS! if he psses i’m gonna be ****ed

What were the choices for the roman slavery questions?

Also, what did you put for the map of the Americas at the beginning?

MC - Seemed REALLY easy. A few of them seemed like it could of been any of them though o.o coughromanslavescough

DBQ - Pretty straight forward. Got the cause down and then three consequences. I almost forgot to ask for another document though 0:

CCOT - It was alright. I ended up talking about the slave trade and imperialism for the changes, and I mentioned the mistreatments of the natives for the continuity.

C/C - ■■■. I think I didn’t answer the question correctly. I compared the Aztecs and the Mongols and felt pretty good about my essay. Then I went out of the room and my friends told me they asked for something specific about them -_- Probably got 1 or 0 points for all three pages I wrote. ■■■.

The third FRQ is really gonna screw me over. I thought I had a chance of getting a 5. Now it seems like it’ll be a 3 or a 4 if I’m lucky.

I’m a bit concerned over the Comparison question, I am not sure if I discussed it well. I included how the empires gained empire and how they started, and then how they kept their rue. I am not sure if that’s good enough.
