<p>I believe that I found the answer to this question a while back, but I can't seem to find it now. I have set two teachers and my counselor to be able to send and receive forms for the recommendations and academic reports, but I have one more letter of recommendation that I intend to have sent (by the president of the school). My question is, how should I go about sending this last letter? Should I set the president as a teacher in the common application form, or should I not bother doing that? If he sends in the letter through snail mail, should I have him include name, Common App ID, birthdate, and Social Security number, or is the SS number too much? </p>
