Additional Material after Jan-1 deadline

I am a international applicant. Major: CS, SAT: 1400

My TOEFL score is 97 but i have 19 in speaking for which Purdue is saying that it is insufficient and needs 20 or higher.
Now the TOEFL exam is on 14th Jan and purdue’s admission office got closed and I cant know if they will accept score after the deadline or not.
So wanted to ask if any one has any idea about it or experience regarding this, as they said that if my eng prof is not confirmed then my application wont be reviewed.

If $ isnt an issue, take the test on 14th and rush the scores in. After Jan 3rd, call the admissions office and let them know. You have nothing to lose & everything to gain at this point.
