<p>say for example I plan to send in an additional rec apart from the peer rec and the teachers& counselor, do I need to attach a cover page like the one for the peer rec? How would they know it is mine? Can i just print another peer rec form and attach to it although the additional rec is from my friend's dad?</p>
<p>i just gave my additional rec to my guidance office when i handed in my transcript request form. they send in all the councelor rec forms, school report, and everything at once</p>
<p>oh god i hadnt even thought about that! i just realized that i sent in an additional rec without attaching any sort of cover page, will they not know its mine??</p>
