the northwestern app has very limited space to fill in ur activities, honors, etc. So after I send my app online, is it recommended to send a resume/activities list thru mail?

also i took classes at a community college, and I am not sure if the transcript will reach the university by 1/1/2006..that's ok right? will i get docked for it?

Assuming you're applying online, Part A of Part II of the application in your activity chart states:

List your four most important activities other than academic work during the last several years (for example: school organizations, jobs, religious groups, the arts, service, athletics, individual interests). Include activities in which you had a strong leadership role or made a significant time commitment, and if you hold an office, indicate the year. Please complete this chart even if you plan to include a resume with your application.

which I'm assuming means they probably wouldn't mind if you attach one. Fill it up to its entirety though.

Part I, #8 (Educational Information) is where you put down your information for your community college courses. Of course, if it doesn't fit, I guess you can either put that in your additional information or your attached resume. Personally, I don't think they look that much into it. I don't think you have to send a transcriptat least I didn't do so. I mean, the purpose of doing so would be for credit purposes and if you're just a prospective student, it wouldn't really be that useful.
