Admission Acceptance Error ?? Plz Help

<p>Guys, I need help.</p>

<p>So, I wrote an email to the university asking for a CSS Profile Fee Waiver Code.
After two days, I get a mail from them stating</p>

<p>Thank you for contacting our Student Registration and Financial Services office, to submit your email. Thank you, also, for your expressed interest in applying to the University of Pennsylvania. Allow me to be one of the first to congratulate you on your recent acceptance! With regard to your question, unfortunately, our office does not provide waivers and/or payment codes, for the CSS Profile. You must first complete the CSS Profile application, and allow the College Board office to determine (based on the information you provide) whether or not you will be eligible for a fee waiver. </p>

<pre><code> Now.... What is this? It's 100% of the university (mail id is not fake) but why will the Financial Aid office tell me about my acceptance ? Are they authorized to do that? I don't know what to do. to be happy or sad... Sadly, they won't reply till Monday...

<p>I’m pretty sure that unless you included your full name and birthdate, they wouldn’t know who contacted them. Might be a mistake on their part.</p>
