Do they require Freshmen to have AP Cal for admission? How is the outlook of a career in Urban Planning? Thanks
Can’t give you the first (Though my Urban Planning program doesn’t use calc or even precalc. Statistics is very important, though.) but can give the second. Currently, job growth is about average, but a general social trend towards higher density urbanization mixed with rising populations (In the U.S. immigration will likely be the larger factor in increase.) means Urban Planners are necessary, and the consequences of Climate Change will exacerbate this. It’s not going to be a gigantic boom field or anything, but it won’t be particularly bad compared to the economy as a whole.
You should come to SFSU, though. The program is new and shiny.
