<p>how’s everyone checking? did you get an email? I have a yahoo account and got my northwestern decision 4.5 hrs after everybody else… i wonder if that will happen with vassar too?</p>

<p>I was accepted and I am an international student. I was really enthusiastic about vassar when I first applied but I didn’t imagine then that I would be accepted to Duke and NU. So right not I will have to turn down Vassar which sucks. I wish I could attend more colleges at the same time :))</p>

<p>Looks like a tough year, they only took 22% of applicants vs 26% last year.
Im sorry to anyone who didn’t get in. We will all end up somewhere wonderful and just remember it all happens for a reason!</p>

<p>@Stringquarter we should, seriously! Vassar was one of my top choices…welseyan not so much I just heard something pretty cool about it and decided to apply, but Vassar oh Man!..really sucks!
Sucks even more reading to people saying that will turn down their acceptance!</p>

<p>Ive been rejected from many more but none hurted like Vassar. Oh well…I bet I got rejected because of my FinAid need.</p>

I was waitlisted, which I’m somewhat surprised about. I just got accepted to UC berkeley yesterday, and I think they have similar acceptance rates but Berkeley is supposedly a better school. Oh well! I wasn’t really planning on attending anyway. I’m surprised at how many people got waitlisted though!</p>

<p>Well, I got in. Pretty happy, both parents attended. Rejected from U Chicago, and Northwestern. Probably will attend. Woohoo.</p>

<p>I’m confused!! When I click in the Vassar ID and pin, I get a rejected letter, but when my browser automatically completes the web address and I click it it says Welcome and COngratulations! Are you kidding me? Both a yes and a no? That is too cruel!!</p>
