Admission Documents Received: Alumni Interview?

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I did an alumni interview back in December, but in the "Admissions Documents Received" table (Where Am I In the Process Page), I see no mention of the interview. Wasn't there supposed to be a form that the alumni had to fill out? Anyone else who did an alumni interview have that?</p>

<p>I also had an alumni interview and there is also no mention of it in my “Admissions Documents Received” column.</p>

<p>It may be under Admission Score Report Form.</p>

<p>Yeah I have the Admission Score Report Form.</p>

<p>There is a form that the interviewer is supposed to fill out and submit after an interview.</p>

<p>I’m not sure if it shows up anywhere for the applicant, though.</p>
