Does anyone know what are the most important admission factors to UPenn, especially Wharton? I know that test scores and GPA are obviously way up there, but what about ECs? I have a pretty good test score (32 ACT), and maybe average/low GPA (4.0ish weighted)?, but really good ECs. Thanks!

IMO, you should be trying to distinguish yourself from all the other "perfect math sat scorers" by writing stellar essays, earning glowing and detailed recommendations, and participating in unique activities that interest you. You have no idea how many people do DECA, FBLA, or try to start up an internet company, just because they think they will be shoe-ins for a business school.
