hi everyone. I've heard from my GCs and even my older friends whos in college that its easier for an applicant to get into a college withouth finacial aid?
..idoubt their opinions but..im still very curious.
I applied for early decision this year to BU without finacial aid. how will that affect my decision outcome...if i didn't apply for aid?
thanks!

comments anyone?

It could help at schools that are “need aware”. If they have two students with the somewhat similar stats they might accept the full pay over the need student.

At my nephew’s high school, this issue came up when some students with somewhat lesser stats (who were full pay) got accepted to SCU over kids with higher stats that had need.
