if my brother is in penn is it easier for me to get admitted? I know it never going to be "easy" but i mean will i have an advantage?

i'd say a little bit. i mean -- if he's like the ultimate g there (editor of daily phill, uc president, just a known nice guy) it'd be more helpful -- as opposed to if he is a guy who has a bad rep.

but i mean if he's like any other penn student, it should definitely help that someone in your family likes penn, so you obviously must, too.

It's not really the same as a legacy, but it does show there are people in your family with the ability to make it at Penn.

It won't matter as it's not asked on the application.

actually...the common app asks for siblings and schools they attended. so it will show up. i dont know how it will affect your chances.
