<p>Mahfuz, when you say any institution, do you mean any university or college because there are a LOT of colleges and Universities in the USA? Is there any particular state or city you are planning on living in the USA or just any college in the USA? </p>
<p>How low is your GPA? In general, I know there will be a few colleges out there that will give you admission but I am not so sure about scholarship since you mentioned that your GPA is low. </p>
<p>What are your plans? Do you want to establish residency in USA? Did you apply for an F-1 student visa or do you already have arrangements? </p>

<p>Meanwhile, before you come to USA, Read as much English as possible. Read all over CC. newspapers, online articles, anything you can find in English. Even game chats involve English if you play games.</p>
