I"m very interested in CMC, however I am a little worried. While I have a good SAT (All 800s except 770 math), good grades-top10students/235, pretty solid extracurriculars such as varsity sports, music, community service, and working, and good recommendations, I basically have little to no leadership experience. I realize that my grades, scores, and activities would normally give me a decent shot at admission, but will my lack of leadership offset that? Thanks!

bump???

You can demonstrate leadership experience in ways other than traditional leadership positions. Try to depict the things you did in your ecs and work in a way that translates to leadership qualities and experiences. Your stats look good, make sure that you understand the CMC culture and what they are looking for and make sure that it is what YOU are looking for and your essays can reflect all of that to make a solid application.
