Same as hiker223 a little higher but waiting on engineering and im oos
OOS ENGINEERING??? INFO??? THANKS
Grace, my sister is in engineering at CU. It is definitely harder to get into than the other schools. They may admit you to the Pre Engineering School. Don’t get discouraged if that happens. You still take all of the same classes and you can still live in the engineering dorms. My sister said she couldn’t even tell who was engineering and who was pre-engineering.
@hiker223 im in state and engineering, still waiting on a decision.
Fingers crossed for you @amirkalani I hope you will find out soon!
My D was accepted into Engineering with a Chancellor’s scholarship. Very excited. OOS, 1460 4.0 UW/4.25W, NMSF

@kcheves where did you find out about that Chancellor’s scholarship. Congrats btw! I have similar scores to your daughter.
@amirkalani, NMSF = National Merit Semi Finalist.

Congrats to you ALL. Lots of prayers going on in my house. Would be fine with PRE!

OOS Ebgineering Chancellor’s scholarship. Looks like according to the requirements, i qualify for the Engineering Merit as well. Does anyone know if this notification is separate?
OOS Computer Science. Haven’t gotten decision
@cardinal2020mom @kcheves I see the scholarship now. Thank you!
Did anyone OOS “check the box” for Scholarship Application Access Request that was accepted?
@hiker223 Son was just admitted COE. Are all engineering students automatically placed with other engineering students for housing? Does your sister like that set up?
@stardustmom No they are not put there automatically. But the engineering dorms are right next to the engineering center. Most students love it. There is always somebody down the hall to study with and it is super convenient to be that close to class in the mornings. The one disadvantage is that those dorms are older and haven’t been renovated in a long time. I have a good friend who is in the Engineering Honors Program and he loves it. It is in Andrews Hall, which is further away, but really nice inside.
