Even though I have decided not to attend Columbia next year, I believe it is my duty to fill out their proper forms for not accepting their admissions offer. However, whenever I try to access the response section of the admitted students page, I am struck with a message claiming I am already logged on elsewhere and need to log off. I have had this exact same issue for essentially a month and wondering if anyone else has the same problem/knows how to fix it?

Filling out the online form isn’t necessary; just reply to the e-mail saying you won’t be enrolling.

After you put in all your credit card information and click on "Process, " what is supposed to happen?

I did all that, but then it went back to the page where it says to pick my payment method, nothing that says " deposit confirmed" or anything.

I need to know right away! Thanks.

You should get an email confirmation.

I got the email that says “Enrollment Acknowledged”, but no email about my deposit being confirmed.

Is it the same thing even though it says nothing about money?

Kristin – I also just got that e-mail…I think that’s all.

Ha. I hope so.

Otherwise…I’ll be very sad.
