Admission standards to Georgetown Masters in applied economics?

Any current or former students that can tell me there stats like gpa, major or GRE scores that got them in? Or anyone know the acceptance rate? Additionally, if someone could chance me that would be great. I am a finance undergrad at a top 20 public university and will graduate with above a 3.5 gpa and with a variety of economics and statistics courses for my electives. There seem to be higher ranked departments that I know I could get into for their terminal masters programs, but given the name, I figured Georgetown must be difficult to get into for their applied economics masters program. Thanks for any input.

Many graduate programs do not publicly disclose their admissions rate. Georgetown is one of them"

If you call the office (or email them) they may be able to tell you their admissions rate, average GPA and average GRE scores. That’s going to be more useful to you than the handful of people who might stumble onto this post and share their stats.

There’s no way to chance you with just your GPA and the knowledge that you took some economics and statistics electives. GRE scores are also required, and Georgetown’s program also considers your statement of purpose, recommendations, and any work and research experience you have. Besides, you can’t really “chance” people for graduate admissions because there are so many factors that apply.

I know uncertainty doesn’t feel great, but really the best way to figure out whether you can get into the program is to apply to the program.
