You should apply to colleges in India as well.
It’s too late for that, cause Indian colleges don’t usually take admits this way, they have a JEE exam and I didn’t give it and uh, I have lost the chance to give them due to COVID. In my 2 years of high school my main intention was applying to US, UK and Canada only.
I think after some amount of aid, we should be fine.
As noted above…many of the schools on your list are need aware for admissions for international students. This means your level of financial need will be considered when your application for admission is reviewed. Schools that are need aware and meet full need also will only accept you if they can provide the funding. They aren’t bottomless pits of money.
Some of these colleges cost $70,000 a year to attend.
Plus the schools determine what your family can afford based on income and assets, not on what your family thinks they can pay.
Please make sure you have some affordable options on your application list.
Plus…your first post lists schools that have likely less than a 5% admission rate for international students and maybe lower for your region as so many apply. Please be realistic and cast a broader net than the one you have posted about here.
