Hello, does anyone have any opnion/fact, if the admissions care about whether you are staying in the U.S to work, or you are coming back home? Do they prefer you to serve your home country with the knowledge you have learned from them? Or would they want your knowledge to remain in the U.S? ;x

At this point, you probably want to say that you want to go back home. Why?

You are ineligible for a student visa if you express an intent to immigrate to the US.

Immigration is a very controversial topic in the US. If your admissions person has a strong political opinion, odds are that they are more concerned about foreigners stealing US jobs than the US losing talent.

International students have limited career options in the US, due to visa and financial limitations. You wouldn’t accidentally want to express interest in a career that’s inaccessible to foreigners in the US.

That being said, admissions people know that students will try to guess what they might want to hear. They are not going to give much weight to empty statements about your future intentions.
