<p>I hope there is a USC Admissions Officer here who will read this thread.
I really do think USC needs to fix how they run things at the admission office. I heard applicants getting their admission decisions weeks after they were supposed to come out. And now I hear all the delays for the appeal decisions.</p>
<p>From a personal experience, I have called USC millions of times in hopes of getting different admission officers who actually knows what they are talking about and who would not give curt answers. </p>
<p>I emailed them exactly three times asking when deadline for my Admssion Application Update Request Form, and each time they would give the same typed-up template answers about what the Update Request Form is, WITHOUT give me the dealine.</p>
<p>I realize that they have to deal with millions of phone calls and emails everyday, but it would be REALLY nice if they could at least try to answer our questions about their institution.</p>
