Are they rolling or do they hold all apps until their January deadline? I assumed they waited to review, but I've heard some people who didn't ED have their decisions in already? Can anyone shine some light on this situation?

I'm almost positive they hold all the apps until Jan, the only people I know of who got their RD already were NMSF who get a special deal.

I haven't heard of anyone who did Regular Decision already getting their decisions

i actually think they do rolling i read it on some website, do you have to submit a transcript as part of the application procedure?

no, they don't. The website lists three dates for when you were notified depending on when you applied, if you're RD1, it'll be Febuary.

i believe you it was just something i read on some college profile site which could have easily be wrong, or i misread. soo if i apply before january 15th then i am RD1?

No, you'll just miss the cut off (January 17) for RD2.
