admittance difficulty

Which out of these schools is the easiest and hardest to get into?
Cornell, Penn, Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon, Dartmouth, Brown

You can look up the admission rates overall but they are not useful in specific cases. If you apply to Dyson at Cornell or CS at CMU, the accept rates are far lower than any of these schools’ overall acceptance rates. Certain programs and majors have lower and higher accept rates. Sometimes we know those numbers; often we do not.

It also depends on the applicant; no one is truly vanilla.

Some relative numbers and some of the schools you mention aren’t available. Your results will vary as other posters mention.
