I got admitted into University of Cincinnati. I submitted my application before the deadline (1st Dec), but my SAT and TOEFL scores were sent much after Dec 1. So I got admitted into a different program. Are there people who got admitted into CEAS but sent their scores after the deadline?

I really need an answer fast. Are there student who submitted their application after the deadline (Dec 1st for College Of Engineering and Applied Science) and still got their preferred course?
