are you just going to the orientation, or the welcome day too? I’m going on the 22nd

btw, since you aren’t on facebook, we made a group for the London NU.in 2012 group and a girl posted a really helpful word doc of tips her friend gave her when he went abroad in London. It has a bunch of good clubs, museums, things to see, etc… thought you might wanna check it out.

let me know if you end up going to the welcome day, I’m 99.999% sure that London will be my fall home… :D

Hey halise, I’m going to the NU reception in Chicago too! I’ve also decided on London.

I’m still undecided though, because of money, and mostly because of the classes offered in the NU.in program. They don’t seem super major specific and I don’t want to be behind everyone else in coursework.

I’m going to the 22nd day in Boston and the meeting this Sunday in Chicago! Thanks lecorbett for the list! Ive gotta look at it when I’m home later. I should get my fb back too haha. And Myloto- I was concerned with that too, but nu apparently makes these courses specifically so they satisfy requirements for our selected majors, so although the classes aren’t typical, they’re getting you credits to work towards your degree!

Wow, just looked at the list. It looks awesome!! I’m happy for you that you’re thinking of London, can’t wait to learn more in Boston next weekend!

I know, right Halise?! It looks sick! haha
and yeah, I gotta send my damn deposit in before all the spots are taken, arghgh
and I’ll see you next week then!!
and Myloto, maybe I’ll see you in London too. SO EXCITED AHH

saweet! my name is Leah, see ya in the group!
also, I officially decided tonight on NU.in London… this is going to be an amazing first semester of college! can’t wait!!

I’m hoping I’ll be in London as well! But right now, it’s up to my parents and their wallets.
I only got a 6k grant for NU.in, and another 6k grant for the next semester. I have to take out a substantial amount of loans to attend NEU, but it’s my first choice school. :/

Can someone please explain to me about nu in program? I’m really confused…how much do we have to pay actually for the tuition fee since we will be studying abroad for the first semester…does that mean i will have to study for 4 years and a semester…? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Are we going to get any credits when studying abroad for our first semester? Are the credits going to be able to transfer back to neu in boston? Ahhh, help.
