<p>Initially waitlisted at MEDILL</p>
<p>Stats:</p>
<p>ACT: 32
SAT II: 800 Math Level 2, 790 Japanese, 710 US History
GPA: 3.32 UW at time of application (3.0 now, LOL)</p>
<h2>Other stats: 4 AP US, 4 AP Stats, 3 AP Chem</h2>
<p>Essays: Excellent
Recs: Sent 4, all above avg. (Teacherx2, counselor, peer)
ECs: Mediocre</p>

<p>i visited them again, spoke with an admission officer, sent supplementary stuff, etc.</p>

<p>Yeah, I got in off the waitlist as well. Oddly enough I didn't do anything in terms of appeals or sending additional information. I feel sort of bad about it since I might be taking the spot of someone who really wants to go...</p>
