<p>Yah, I noticed this too, however, someone last year said that they saw the tab and got waitlisted (not sure if they were able to register or if they saw their intended school though).</p>

<p>It seems like that would not have been able to register, but I’m not sure though. With any other college I’m pretty sure you can’t register for events if you have not been admitted. It may be wishful thinking, though.</p>
<p>I know someone who works in the admissions center and they said that that is showing up on everyone’s page because its for the ed2 students and doesn’t mean anything for those who applied rd</p>
<p>But then that doesn’t make sense as to why some people have it and others don’t. Maybe some of them have changed so now everyone has it? I mean this is a pretty big mistake if I was allowed to register and receive a confirmation email and everything if this is all for ED 2

This tab wasn’t here weeks/months prior to my application. The same thing happened to me when I applied to Binghamton. I got an acceptance the following day.</p>
