In a letter I got it said the ADS test contained questions about math, science, social science and humanities. Are there any prep materials or are we supposed to just go in blind?

My son took this exam some years ago and he reported that there were many "general knowledge" types of questions, not just the typical "aptitude" or "skills" questions you get on SAT and ACT. I imagine that would apply to different fields, including history, science, and geography. (He did very well on this test both because he's a trivia guy with very good memory and because his ACT/SAT type skills were also excellent.)

Here's a link to a discussion by some experienced ADS takers. Their general advice: you can't prepare for this exam, and don't be too disappointed if you don't get all the answers right!
