<p>okay, well how does a bad freshman year (meaning 4 c's with the rest a's) put you back/affect you in admissions with the 10th grade and 11t grade grades being all A's..and extremely high SAT scores. (btw, this isn't a chances thread!) & what type of extracurriculars would you need to make them accept a person with a few c's in freshman year vs. a person with all a's throughout high school. thanks!!</p>
<p>Stay hopeful, this means you have made great improvements and you should continue with such improvements. If you have already finished 11th grade I would suggest you stay strong in the ECs you have under your belt.</p>
<p>If it's any consolation i had 2 semesters with like 4/5 Bs out of 7 classes in spring of my freshman year and fall of sophomore year. The rest of my semesters were 6 or 7 As out of 7 classes. I then got a 2200 on my SAT and 700+ on 3 SAT IIs.</p>
<p>I then got accepted ED.</p>
