Advice for Russian Native and College Grad

Any advice for a female college graduate from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia with dual majors in Linguistics and Teaching?

I am studying for the GRE, my iBT TOEFL was 114/120.
I received all 5's in my undergraduate courses. They don't give out letter grades, they give out number grades. 5 is the highest. Does anyone see a problem with the U.S. colleges not recognizing my undergraduate degree or grades?

My interest is in International Relations but I currently live overseas with my husband in Frankfurt, Germany. I am currently an intern for a City Hall in a suburb of Frankfurt. Native language is Russian of course but I am fluent in English and German.

Should I consider an online degree or wait until we go back to the states and get a master's in the classroom? Do I have a chance of getting accepted at a prestigious master's program at maybe Georgetown or American or will they not take my transcripts and degree seriously?

Need some advice...

Graduate Schools in American universities are quite familiar with degrees and transcripts submitted by international applicants. As long as your degree is equivalent to a US bachelors degree, you should have no trouble with admission to a good program.

I would strongly advise against an online degree.
