I am currently a sophomore in high school and I just a few days ago took a 'mock' SAT exam. I scored the following:

Math: 570
CR: 640
Writing: 690

I would like to know how to vastly improve my Math score (by about 100(+) points if possible...) and get about a 30 point boost for my CR. I am quite satisfied with my writing, but any tips for that would be greatly appreciate as well.

If possible get the college board official sat book and just practice Luckily you already have high CR and WR scores(those are the hardest to improve) and math is the easiest section to improve i got a 580(58 on PSAT) and now consistently score circa 700-750 every time.

I recommend BB and Kaplan Class prep books. I’m not sure how good the actual public Kaplan books are, but the ones that they make exclusively for Kaplan students are great. You could probably find those on eBay or something.

No, do NOT use Kaplan, I tried that and I kind of stuck my foot through it after reading it. I liked Rocket Review, though the book is a bit outdated.

ALOT of practice lol really thats it and also I found there are only a couple of types of math questions that they ask. One of the best things I did was practice with 4-5 minutes less at home during practice sections and I ALWAYS ALWAYS plug in for really hard math problems like the 3 the end of the section usually. Im only a sophomore now and I took the January SAT im not sure how i did. Thats it man practice and efficient studying for just 2 months payed dividends for me.
