Hi,
This is Apoorva here. I have completed my 3 year Bachelor's degreee from an Indian University. After completing my Bachelor's degree I persued my masters in Information Technology also from India. Unfortunatly both these degrees actually do not carry and substantial value. The first degree is from a not so famous university in India and the second is by Distance Education.

The reason behind the same was initially i did not have much money to support myself. I come from a very poor background and had to earn to sustain myself and my family comprising of me, my brother and my mother. I was earning less at 7000 Rs (USD 100) per month and hence could not invest much in education.

I have now got married and would be shifting to the US on a H4 Visa. I was thnking of now persiuing dome sort of a second Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, so that in future I should be able to get some sort of a job to be financialy independent.

I am right now around 26 years old and would be shifting to the bay area in November 2013.

Could someone advice me on how to proceed further. A few questions that come to mind are:-
1) is it better to do a Bachelor's or a Masters. An alterntive I was thinking is to complete a few courses on Non Credit basis and then register for a Masters.
2) Can U suggest some colleges that wouls admit such a student.
3) Any other Carere Advice for me?
