Advice needed

Hi,
I'm brazilian and I'd like to know wich is the best prep book for SAT I and SAT II-US WORLD History

Plz help me!!
Thanks

SAT I: CollegeBoard's official Blue Book.

In addition, I liked Princeton Review's "Cracking the New SAT", however I don't have my scores yet. ;)

There is a forum for SAT Subject Tests, I'm sure with a little research you find some advice for the US History and World History tests.

Unfortunately I'm not able to advice you with the SAT II, but regarding the SAT I I'd suggest the SAT Premier Program from Kaplan. By the way, Barron's SAT book includes a huge list of useful vocabulary which might be an important factor for international students.

take the college board SATI online course! it's very very helpful!

and for studying US history, u can use the one that's for free in sparknotes.com..

Barren's, absolutely. The wordlists and practices are great. But the practice tests are not standard. Suggest you use the Official guide as well.

Barron's. It's really comprehensive. for SAT 1 the collegeboard blue book helps as well!

Thank you so much for all th replies

Hey, I'm Brazilian too!! anyways, that said, barrons definitely for Sat II, some think it has more information then needed, but its better to be safe then sorry. As for SAT I, I haven't taken it, but I have a friend that practically aced it and he used College Board's "The Official SAT".

hey..i dont know how to start my own topic because i need assistance too.please where do i go too to start something up in here?

You go to the forum you want to start a new thread in and then click on the "New Thread" button which is right above the column of threads in the forum and right below the "CC's Hot Topics! Featured Discussions" list.

SATI try Rocket Review. Pretty decent book that boosted my Verbal and Essay scores quite a bit. You are like guaranteed a 10+ on the essay if you follow what the book says.

For World History you dont really need to study lol. Its pretty easy. I would think Brazil has a more international history curriculum than the US which is hopelessly shallow.

I read a general US history book in preparation for my SAT2.
