Advice Needed!

I was admitted to UNC, Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern, and I want to major in bio w/ a premed track. UNC gave me a full ride, and I have to pay 15-20k for Northwestern and JHU. I've heard JHU is great for dedicated premeds, and they have more research opportunities, whereas UNC is public and may not have the same resources. Also, JHU is a prestigious name in med circles, and while UNC is an excellent school, it doesn't quite reach JHU's level.
How much does undergraduate school affect your med school placement? Can some med students provide some insight on this?

How hard would premed at JHU be? I’ve heard horrible stories, but when I visited, the students didn’t seem that stressed out and depressed.
