Your experiences with Harvard are definitely a major selling point in my opinion.
All in all, I think you're on your way to a pretty solid application. Just try and take on some more leadership roles senior year and nail down some great SAT/ACT/SAT II scores, plus write some amazing essays as you said.
However, keep in mind that schools like Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, and Caltech can't ever be considered anything but reach schools for everyone. The admissions process is so subjective and unless you've found the cure to cancer and are the child of a major world figure you're taking part in a crapshoot. Although it's obvious, I think for these schools you'll really need to make sure you bring home the high standarized testing scores, as well as giving great essays and interviews. Like I said, try to get some more "leadership" aspects going on. I know you've been a club secretary and founder/president of a club (both of which are great) but try to get something more going on where you're really doing some impressive things as club president- like organizing fundraisers, events, etc. (maybe you have already and you just didn't list it)
Really though, you're going to have a great application. You should be set for getting into a good portion of the schools you listed. Good luck!

DS attended SSP 2 years ago and they made very clear attendance has no impact on admission. You'll need to shoot closer to 2250, H's median for the class of 2012.
