What is ur msn or yahoo? How about Cal Pomona?WhI mean the dorm, campus, house. How is that compared to the schools like UcLA, UCI or CSUN ( I mean campus, area, activies, not about academic?

Let me ask my boyfriend and get back to you. He went there for a bit before he transferred.

My boyfriend did not much like Cal Poly Pomona.

He said that the dorms were small, even for dorm standards. If you're not from the area you might have a problem making friends because people tend to request their friends as roommates. It's definitely a commuter school, with most people going home on the weekends even if they stay in the dorms.

The surrounding area is highly Asian influenced. It is pretty much surrounded by cows, horses, and hills since it has a big agricultural program. Unless you're willing to drive bit there really is absolutely nothing to do. If you want to be active in campus life, you would have to be very proactive in getting involved.

Let me know if you want to know anything more specific.
