Advise to choose between two universities

Can anyone help me with a selection of Ph.D. program in chemical engineering between three universities
1 Texas A&M University
2 University of California Davis
3 The University of Colorado Boulder.
I have Ph.D. (chemical engineering), admits from these three universities can anyone help me to pick the best

Have you visited them? Evaluated what work professors are doing in your area of interest? My kid was happy she picked a school where multiple profs were working in areas she was interested in. The prof she thought might be her PI turned out to be a real jerk (which she figured out before starting her research), but there were other good choices.
