I am a graduate chemical engineer from a reputed institute in India, passed out in May 2018 and am currently preparing for GRE. I want to do Ms in Chemical Engineering with a view to pursuing a career in Oil and Gas Industry. Can anyone suggest what are the best universities to pursue this career? Thanks!

Are you specifically looking for universities in the US, or are you also looking elsewhere?
The list in post #1 includes many very good schools in the US. There are also a few good ones in Canada. The University of Alberta, Memorial University of Newfoundland, and the University of Calgary are all very good for Petroleum Engineering. I am pretty sure that Dalhousie is also. All are very good schools. Memorial is probably the least expensive for an international student. I expect that all probably also have chemical engineering, but you would need to check.
