advisors?

i made a thread about this in the transfers forum but i think this is a better place.

i'm a usc freshman who is considering transferring to ucla in my junior year. yes, you read right, usc to ucla. anyway, there isn't really any sort of guideline about which courses can transfer, receive major credit, etc. for usc, like there is for the CCCs. so, i'm thinking i should get in contact with a UCLA advisor.

i emailed the admissions office (i think it was the admissions office, it was a while ago), only to get no response. is there a way to get a hold of a UCLA advisor? or is it a big bureaucratic mess that i won't even be able to tread through?

You're probably better off giving them a call than emailing...sure you might have to wait, but at least you know you'll get some kind of response.
