AEM Minors

I was looking over the AEM minors and noticed that some of the required courses have prerequisites that aren't listed on the required courses for the minor. For example, Emerging markets (required for the international trade and development minor) has AEM 2400-Marketing listed as a prerequisite. Does this mean that students who wish to complete the international trade and development minor need to complete marketing, or is there some way around this?

You have to take AEM 2400 before you take EM. It’s just a semester long course, nbd. You usually can’t take EM until your junior/senior year anyway.

Also - fyi, you can’t minor in AEM unless you’re in CALS now I think. There’s also a deal with the Eng school, but that’s different.
