Can someone give me some insight on the wider range of career oppurtunities of MechE over AeroE because my first choice of major was aerospace engineering and I am very interested with the career but I live in the Bahamas and I don't know what I could possibly do for a career back home when I complete my degree. If I did aero I would have to work somewhere like the US or Canada. I need help because I just finished our gcse equivalent exams in grade 11 and I am entering the IB program. I may need to change my major choice if I want a secure job. I am going to do HL Computer Science, HL Physics and Methods Math. Any suggetsions

well you know mech. eng. involves more principles then aero eng. So if you just like the rockets or planes, or satellites then aero is for you. But...if you want to do more then just rockets...coughcoughNASAcoughcough....then mech is your choice.

ME's are the set and AAE's are the subset
