Aerospace Enginnering in Cali

hey guys
currently a sophomore at a CCC and am trying to transfer to Pomona or CSU long beach as a aerospace engineering major, i heard since these colleges dont have that many aerospace engineers, its not too hard to get into, but thats what i just heard.
i messed up pretty bad in college due to family issues, will probably try to transfer out with a 2.5-2.8 GPA
will have over 60 transferable units
will have all my GE classes completed with a C or better
and will have most of my major pre req classes completed with a C or better (wont have maybe 1 physics class done)

what are the chances that Pomona or CSULB would accept me?
i know living close to the college is a big deal now, but if i get accepted to those i will move close to the college for sure.
and i dont have to worry about the cost of the college if that could be a problem.

also what other good aerospace engineering colleges are out there that mite accept me?

thanx guys

Stop asking the same damn question.
