Hello,
My name is Anthony and I'm from Belgium. I'm looking for an university or college in US offering an undergraduate business program in finance (Bsc) or economics (Bsc) with an affordable tuition. In fact I don't want to work in the business field but I want to be airline pilot. Before doing my pilot trainig I want to have atleast a degree, so that's why I'm looking for an university (in US). But I'm quite limited on the financial aspect as my full pilot training will cost about 50,000 $ I cannot afford a expensive university. I'm looking for an good university with business program with a tuition of about 10000 $ per year for international student.
Please can you advise me some good university at this rate, I've not geographical preference but if it's possible in California, Arizona, Florida or other warm states it would be better.

Thanks in advance.

Tuition alone for an international students at most “good” universities will be at least $20,000/year. That’s not including cost of living, university books, insurance, plane tickets, entertainment expenses, transportation etc…, which easily add up to $15,000/year.

Unless you apply to a university that meets demonstrated need (most, if not all, universities do not provide much aid for international students) or get a merrit scholarship, I don’t see how you will find a good program for $10,000.

Are you an exceptional student? Is your family income really low? Hopefully both.

Ummmm…it will cost more than that to go to school in the US. Just living expenses will be about $10k, then you need to add tuition, books, fees, etc.

Are you currently in high school? What are your stats (GPA and test scores)

Yes, currently I am in high school in Brussels till June 2011. I’ve never done the GPA or other test until now. But I don’t necessarily need degree from a top university as normaly I will never use it. It’s just to have a degree on my CV. And I don’t think I’m exceptional student. Regarding my family income, it’s about 23,000 $ per year.

OK…

If your parents’ income is only 23k per year, then where will the $10k per year come from?

If your stats aren’t high, then you probably can’t come to school here because you won’t get accepted to the schools that meet need and you won’t get scholarships.

From where $10k a year will come from ? From my parent saving account…
Regarding my stats I don’t know if there are high because I’ve never done any test.
Currently in my high school I’m first of class with good results but I don’t know if university see at the moment of the admission.
I just want to know if you know affordable undergraduate business course.

Take a look at [Fulbright Belgium - Commission for Educational Exchange](http://www.fulbright.be/)

This has links to potential sources of funding for Belgian students in the US.
