Good business programs with low tuition fee?

<p>Hoping to apply to some well-known US business schools for undergraduate business (finance and pretty much anything else except economics). The tuition and residence fees added together may be a problem for me though. And since I doubt I'll get any financial aid or scholarships as an average international applicant, I'm making an early list of colleges with good business bachelor degrees with a tuition fee of under USD $28 000/yr. So far, I have:</p>

<p>University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Penn State U - Smeal school of business (this may be wrong because I could only find non-PA resident section and not the international section)</p>

<p>Additions to the list is most welcome from anything as high as Ivies (though I think they're all >30k/yr?) to any other well-known business schools. Please exclude average business programs.</p>

<p>uva, wisconsin, university of texas at austin and uiuc also have good business programs with tuition fees under $28k</p>

<p>University of Texas-Austin is the highest ranked (#5) with the lowest out-of-state tuition & fees ($17K).</p>

<p>University of Washington (#22) at $20K
Indiana University (#11) at $19K
University of Wisconsin (#12) at $21K</p>
