I am an international student planning to further my studies in the US, and I have plans to take A Levels after GSCEs. My question is, after A levels do I apply as a freshman or transfer student? If I apply as a transfer student, do I get to skip freshman year and come in as a sophomore?
Still freshmen but you may get some credits.
Freshman, obviously. You may get credits depending on the university you attend.
Freshman just like any US kid with APs, IB etc. A levels may or may not get credit just as APs and IB’s mayor may not. Most US schools that take internationals will have information about it.
