After accepted as ED

Can I drop a course or two?

I'm having a very serious difficulty in physics and calculus...
Will they revoke my admission????

I'm curious.....

You need to get the permission from the admission office before you do so.

you know...it isnt a guarantee that youll get in ED

but regardless, i would stay in the courses. remember, you arent OFFICIALLY into cornell until you submit that final grade report at the end of the year. stick it out. go for extra help if you need to. stay in physics and calculus

can you drop to a regular version of those classes?

if you really think you're going to get Cs in both those courses i'd consider either dropping one or switching to a non-AP version...

the alternative would be to tough it out (especially if you can manage a B in both)

thanks for the comments...
it's funny to ask for these things when I didn't even get accepted into Cornell...ahaha
I'll try my best in those courses :(

You must inform colleges of any material change in your schedule. Your schedule was one of the factors considered in their decision to admit you. Not telling them can make it seem as if you lied to look better prior to acceptance, and open you to the possibility of recission.
